Make sure to register your AEG tool, battery or charger with 30 days via MyAEG to be eligible for the extended warranty. If your tool is still within the standard warranty period and not registered, you'll need your proof of purchase with you at the time of submitting your claim.
Find your local Bunnings store. When in-store, head to the customer service desk and tell the team member you need to make an AEG warranty claim.
Scan the QR code provided by the Bunnings team member in-store and complete the warranty form (including loading proof of purchase if your product is not already registered). Once submitted, you'll get an instant assessment. If your tool is eligible for a replacement and in stock, your claim will be resolved on the spot!

To claim your AEG warranty, you'll need a valid proof of purchase: an original receipt from Bunnings Warehouse or SMS copy, a clear photo of the receipt where the Bunnings receipt number, date of purchase and product details are visible.
The AEG Rapid Response Warranty is exclusively available through Bunnings Warehouse. If your AEG product was purchased from another retailer and registered, any warranty claims will need to be processed directly with that retailer.
If your product was purchased from Bunnings Warehouse, you can visit any Bunnings location to process your warranty claim. We recommend visiting a store that has stock of your product available. If your product is eligible for a replacement, this will make for a faster experience.

If the faulty item is available for sale individually, you won’t need to return the entire kit. If it isn’t sold separately, the full kit will need to be returned. For guidance, speak with an AEG representative in-store or contact our customer service team.
