Same-day resolution on eligible, in-stock tools*

Down time kills momentum, so we're killing downtime. If your tool is eligible and in stock, we’ll resolve your claim there and then. Check out our FAQs to help get you there even faster.

*Claims assessed in Bunnings. Only on AEG products purchased at Bunnings. Proof of purchase required at time of submitting claim unless product has been registered. Standard warranty periods apply unless registered within 30 days of purchase.

    Create a MyAEG account and follow the prompts to register your tool/s. Need a hand? We’ve created a step-by-step guide to walk you through the process. 

    To claim your AEG warranty, you'll need a valid proof of purchase: an original receipt from Bunnings Warehouse or SMS copy, a clear photo of the receipt where the Bunnings receipt number, date of purchase and product details are visible.

    The AEG Rapid Response Warranty is exclusively available through Bunnings Warehouse. If your AEG product was purchased from another retailer and registered, any warranty claims will need to be processed directly with that retailer.

    If your product was purchased from Bunnings Warehouse, you can visit any Bunnings location to process your warranty claim. We recommend visiting a store that has stock of your product available. If your product is eligible for a replacement, this will make for a faster experience. 

    You can check in-store availability via the Bunnings website.

    If the faulty item is available for sale individually, you won’t need to return the entire kit. If it isn’t sold separately, the full kit will need to be returned. For guidance, speak with an AEG representative in-store or contact our customer service team.
